Nurshotam Major,
Chairman, The Viksit Bharat Multipurpose
Co-operative Society Limited.
Since ancient times, our country has been a glorious nation on the strength of immense natural wealth, best cultural traditions and intellectual wealth. Due to the hard and long struggle and huge sacrifices of the freedom fighters of the country, our country became independent in the year 1947. The dreams of India that our freedom fighters had seen are yet to be fulfilled. However, there have been positive improvements in many areas. Green Revolution, White Revolution, Communication Revolution etc. have left their indelible mark. But due to changes in the economy, economic liberalization and some economic reforms, resources went into the hands of limited people. A large part of the country’s population, who live in rural India and Those who live in urban slum areas remain out of reach of these resources. As a result, development took place only for a few percent of the people because those who had resources kept developing by collecting more resources and the poor people continued to suffer in lack. Due to this the gap between the rich and the poor kept increasing. Today the situation is that the people A large section is living on just ₹20 per day.
On one hand, Indians are at the top in the list of rich people in all the major regions of the world, while on the other hand, there are people dying of hunger, malnourished children, farmers committing suicide, fed up with unemployment and poverty, youth are forced to walk on the wrong path and live in various kinds of deprivation. People of this category are also in India. Due to lack of proper distribution of resources and not getting equal opportunity for everyone for development, we have remained a developing country for the last several decades. To achieve the sacred goal of changing India from developing to developed. Only this cooperative society is working.
Today, more than 65% of the total population of the country is youth. By providing employment to them, we can make good use of the potential of youth in building a developed India. Competent institutions and governments are providing proper education, employment and guidance to many sections of the youth. Due to which it has become an important challenge to handle the youth power which can prove to be a boon for us. We have provided a unique platform for the employment of these youth. India is an agricultural country which fulfills the needs of other countries by exporting millions of tonnes of grains while many of its own citizens are hungry and children are malnourished. This is a matter of national shame for us. Through this cooperative society, we are trying to create such a system that the slogan of Roti, Kapda and Makaan, which has been going on since the time of independence, should be implemented on the ground for every countryman. With the Green Revolution, the country became self-sufficient in grain production, but at the same time, our food has become poisonous due to excessive use of pesticides and fertilizers. As a result, thousands of diseases like cancer have spread in the country. The availability of pure and organic food has become difficult or out of reach for the people. Our effort is to move towards organic farming, fruits and vegetables as per the time so that along with the health of the common people, their budget also remains fine. Farmer’s fields Products from this should directly reach urban and rural consumers, food processing industry should also be established so that the income of rural people increases.
Through the struggle of generations, our mother power has achieved an important position in every region of the country, yet in many rural and backward areas their struggle for a better system and respectable life continues even today. We are becoming partners in the struggle of women power. We will make them self-reliant by building and improving their skills so that they can make an important contribution in building a developed India through their entrepreneurship by setting up domestic small and other rural industries. Apart from agriculture, animal husbandry is a major supporting business in rural India. By establishing dairy and related food processing industries in every village, we will work to provide self-employment and jobs to thousands of women and villagers. Apart from this, the committee has hundreds of other enterprises which will generate huge income. A large number of jobs have been generated; goods, commodities and services of daily use to every family will be easily and easily available through a single medium.
Friends, just as our great freedom fighters fought hard and long to liberate the country, now we will have to struggle even more to make the country developed because our biggest asset is the youth power of the country, it needs to be given the right direction, education and We can achieve this goal of development only by providing employment. This is the right time for us because with time, as our young population matures and ages, their working capacity and productivity will also reduce. For this, today we need development like the freedom fighters. There is a need for fighters for which we are continuously striving at our level. We reiterate our resolve to contribute our best in the mission of building a developed India with the highest and moral standards of positive improvement and development in every sector of the country. Come Let us all move forward together following the sacred principles of cooperation and develop ourselves, our families, our society, our villages and cities along with the country.
Jai Hind Vande Mataram
